Hi, I’m Alti.

I’m an early childhood consultant, educator, and the creator of Our Connected Classroom.

For more than 15 years, I’ve taught across preschool age groups. Now, I support teachers in creating intentional classrooms where children feel seen, understood, and connected.

I believe that when we put connection first and create environments that nurture the whole child, we set the foundation for meaningful learning and lifelong skills.

Through coaching, workshops, and classroom design, I help teachers bring practical ideas, play, and connection into their everyday classrooms.
